SYNTHETIC DEMONSTRATION
Catalog CSV Check
CSV structure checked. Every cell preserved in the normalized file.
Fictional catalog data, provided to illustrate the report format. No customer information is used in this sample.
| Measure | Count |
|---|
| Data records | 4 |
| Columns | 6 |
| surrounding whitespace | 2 |
| exact duplicate record | 1 |
| empty cell | 2 |
Your delivery
normalized.csv is UTF-8 without a BOM, with all fields quoted and CRLF record separators. Every parsed cell, header and record order matches the original.
Normalization changes only byte order mark, quoting and record separators. Cell values, headers and record order stay the same. Findings are preserved for you to review.
Finding locations
Record 1 is the header. Column numbers start at 1. A record may contain line breaks. Up to 500 finding locations appear here and in the JSON receipt. Counts include all findings.
| Finding | Record | Column |
|---|
| surrounding whitespace | 2 | 6 |
| exact duplicate record | 4 | whole record |
| surrounding whitespace | 4 | 6 |
| empty cell | 5 | 5 |
| empty cell | 5 | 6 |
Before using the file
Import CSV fields as text when exact identifiers, dates and prices must remain unchanged. A spreadsheet can otherwise remove leading zeros or infer dates and numbers. Quote marks alone do not prevent formula execution.
This is a file structure and preservation check. It does not verify business facts, certify privacy, or guarantee acceptance by another system. No catalog values were guessed, merged or deleted.
