No uploads. 64 KiB = 65,536 source bytes, including any BOM. The header is not a data record; quoted line breaks stay within a record.

Monthly file capacity

$70 USD/month proposed

  • Two eligible files per billing month.
  • Two review dates booked at least seven days apart.
  • The same file scope and one correction per file.

No billing or enrollment is active. Delivery capacity, renewal, cancellation, and allowance terms must be confirmed before this plan can open.

Purchasing is closed. No payments are collected. The free checker processes selected files locally; nothing is uploaded.

Checking, formatting, and cleanup are different jobs.

Checking locates file issues. The planned paid service's normalization changes only an initial byte order mark, CSV quote formatting, and record separators. Every parsed cell value, header, and record stays in its original order. All fields are quoted in the normalized output.

Whitespace, blank values, and duplicate records are reported and preserved. There is no trimming, deduplication, schema mapping, catalog enrichment, importing, or correction of business facts.

The free check is a complete small-file job.

Every accepted file is checked within the free limits: 65,536 source bytes, 50 data records excluding the header, and 10 columns. The downloadable plain-text report includes all finding locations. Malformed or oversized files are refused rather than reported as a partial success.

The free check does not produce a normalized CSV, hash receipt, or paid-service delivery. It checks common sensitive-data indicators conservatively, but does not certify that a file is public or safe. Only select eligible, non-sensitive catalog data.

One paid file with a clear boundary.

The planned paid package accepts one public, non-sensitive, comma-delimited UTF-8 CSV, with an optional initial BOM and one nonempty, unique header row. Maximum: 10 MiB, 20,000 data records, and 100 columns. Correctly quoted commas, quotes, and line breaks are supported.

Do not send customer lists, contact details, private records, credentials, secrets, financial information, or regulated records. Only public product, catalog, or resource data is eligible. Originals and customer results do not become public samples without separate permission.

Some findings need a corrected input.

Malformed quotes, inconsistent row widths, empty physical lines, unsupported controls, blank or duplicate headers, unknown encoding, and files over the limits need a new eligible copy of the same catalog. Missing values and row boundaries are not guessed.

If a cell might be interpreted as a spreadsheet formula, the planned paid service holds the normalized CSV and supplies the report and receipt. A formula-free copy of the same catalog can be supplied within the correction scope. A legitimate negative number may also trigger this conservative flag. Quotes alone do not make formulas safe.

What a report cannot tell you

File checks do not establish business accuracy, certify privacy or compliance, or guarantee acceptance by another system. Spreadsheet applications can infer dates or numbers and remove leading zeros. Import exact identifiers and strings as text.

Ordering and help

The CSV troubleshooting guide is available now. When orders open, eligible inputs, deliveries, and the included correction will use the marketplace's private order thread. There is currently no active order inbox or response-time promise.

Never post catalog files, personal information, or payment details in public comments. If the proposed monthly plan opens, its checkout will state the actual renewal, cancellation, unused-capacity, and missed-delivery remedies before any charge.
