Essential information does not depend on a successful dice roll. The group can follow physical evidence, public records, a witness, or a direct question. Finding the answer leaves room for choices about trust and repair.
The story concerns embarrassment, public expectations, and repairing trust. It has no required combat or graphic violence. The missing bell is ceremonial; harbor safety does not depend on finding it.
This is an adventure resource, not a complete game. No character sheets, combat statistics, or third-party rules are included. No fixed session length is promised. This edition has not had a table playtest.
