PRACTICAL HELP FOR THE FREE EXPERIENCES

A clear next step
when something stalls.

Start with the product below. Keep your original files in place, and use fictional data when describing a problem.

Purchasing is not open.

There is no active order inbox, payment collection, or response-time promise on this site. When paid offers open, each product will identify its store and private order route for support, purchase access, and payment questions.

The folder list looks different from my file manager.

The browser may omit hidden files, system files, or filesystem links. Review the source folder separately. Empty folders and filesystem metadata are not preserved. A browser inventory is not a complete backup.

A file is excluded or cannot be selected.

Use the filters to inspect notices and excluded files. Likely private names and generated clutter start excluded; some path errors block inclusion. Fix path errors in a separate working copy, then select that folder again. Do not include a file merely to make its notice disappear.

Export is unavailable or too large.

Review the selection and check the acknowledgement after your final change. The free tool accepts up to 20 inventoried files, including excluded files, and exports up to 1 MiB (1,048,576 bytes) of selected original data. The planned full edition supports 1,000 inventoried files and 100 MiB of selected data. Generated metadata adds size. These limits are also shown on the product page. Choose a smaller source folder for an inventory limit, or deselect files to reduce selected bytes. ZIP metadata adds to the download size.

I exported a ZIP. What next?

Check your browser's download list. Extract the ZIP into a new empty folder, never over the source. Inspect the files, handoff note, and manifest before sharing. The manifest records paths, sizes, and checksums; it is not an authenticity signature or a safety certificate.

A downloaded app will not open correctly.

Extract the complete archive and keep its application files together. Use desktop Chromium on Windows. Final offline compatibility checks are still in progress; the hosted preview is the current starting point. Do not disable browser security or install extensions to make it work.

Catalog CSV Check

The CSV is rejected.

Start with a public, non-sensitive UTF-8 CSV using commas as separators and one nonempty, unique header row. The free checker accepts at most 64 KiB (65,536 source bytes including any BOM), 50 data records excluding the header, and 10 columns. A quoted line break stays within one record. It checks the entire eligible file and provides all finding locations in a text report. Malformed quotes, inconsistent row widths, empty physical lines, unsupported controls, and unknown encoding need a corrected input. Save a new copy from the original source; do not guess which records to remove.

The report flags whitespace or a duplicate. Was it changed?

A finding identifies a location. The free check does not normalize or repair your file. The planned paid service changes only byte-format details: initial BOM, quote formatting, and record separators. It preserves parsed cell values, headers, and record order. It does not trim whitespace, delete duplicates, enrich a catalog, or correct business facts.

A cell is flagged as a possible formula.

Spreadsheet applications can interpret some leading characters as formulas. A legitimate negative number may trigger a conservative notice. Quotes alone do not prevent formula execution. Do not open unknown content in a spreadsheet to test it. The planned paid service holds the normalized CSV when formula-leading content is found; it does not silently alter the value.

Leading zeros or dates changed in my spreadsheet.

Import exact identifiers and values as text. Spreadsheet applications may infer dates or numbers even when a CSV preserves the original strings. A structure check cannot guarantee another application's import behavior.

Which preview should I print?

Choose A4 or US Letter to match your paper. They contain the same preview. Print at actual size or fit to your printer's printable area, and check the first page before printing more. The map is schematic; it has no grid or distance scale.

The PDF is blank or text is missing.

Download a fresh copy of the preview and try a current PDF reader. The PDFs use selectable text and embedded fonts. Keep the font notice with redistributed copies of the preview. Do not post a paid adventure or GM solution publicly while asking for help.

Do I need a particular roleplaying game?

The resource uses your own roleplaying rules and characters. It does not include a complete system, character sheets, or combat statistics. No fixed session length is promised. The free preview is spoiler-free; the full adventure is not yet for sale.

Keep private material private.

The browser tools process files locally. They have no file-upload feature, account system, analytics, or persistent storage. Selecting a file is different from sending it to a server. The public site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles web requests and may retain request logs under its policies.

Use only eligible files, and never put private data in a URL, public comment, screenshot, or bug example. Do not send personal records, credentials, customer lists, financial information, or private assets through this site.

A useful problem report, when a support route opens

Include the product and edition, browser or PDF-reader version, operating system, exact error text, and short steps using fictional files. Crop private paths and names out of screenshots. Keep order numbers, payment information, and purchase-access questions inside the designated store's private route.

There is currently no support upload form or active inbox here. Do not make another purchase to fix missing access. If a future purchase has an access or payment problem, begin with the store named on its receipt and the support route provided with that order.
